Vegan Hemp Granola- a healthy delicious snack

I don’t snack often, but when I do, I expect a lot from what I eat. It should be healthy, convenient, nutritious with some protein in it, and satisfy my sweet tooth. This Vegan Hemp Granola checks all the boxes.

This Granola can be made in one bowl, is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes.

Use your hands to flatten it evenly. Use whatever shape and size pan or cookie sheet you like lined with wax paper.

Once you take it out of the freezer, break it up into bite-size pieces.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious snack:

- 1 cup coconut flakes

- 1/2 cup dates, no pits

- 3 scoops hemp seeds

- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs

- 1 scoop vanilla protein (or your flavor of choice)

- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

- 1 Tbsp nut butter

Pulse the coconut and dates together in a blender until fine ground then put in a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine, spread on wax paper pressing with your hands to flatten, then put in the freezer until firm. Break it upinto pieces and keep in container in freezer until ready to eat. That’s it!
